Analysing the results of various implementations of innovative processes and technologies, including BIM in design and construction companies, there is a clear gap in where the emphasis is put. Highly efficient training of the lower and middle level of the team does not translate into the involvement of the management. The same situation takes place in virtually every market. Based on our experience gained on the largest construction projects in the world, we know that only the comprehensive approach to the innovation brings demanded results.
The efficiently introduced BIM process contains elements of Agile and Lean approach, and the results of investment in implementations must bring measurable financial profits.
